The digital first booth package starts at $500. It is designed to cover the elements most events use without forcing every client into prints or a larger station.

Delivery

$1 per mile from Santa Cruz.

Service is available within 100 miles when the schedule, access and return route work for the event.

Additional Time

$125 per additional hour for planning estimates.

The final operating window is confirmed with venue access, setup, guest schedule and breakdown timing.

Optional

Prints, guestbook and attendant support.

Physical keepsakes and additional staffing are quoted after the attendance and format are known.

The best booth location feels visible, not intrusive.

Placement is considered with guest traffic, dinner service, background quality and the rest of the event floor plan in mind.

Before The Event

A room photo or floor plan helps establish the booth position, backdrop direction and load in route.

During The Event

Open when guests are ready to use it.

Booth hours can begin after dinner, run beside dancing or support a reception, fundraiser or conference social.

The final recommendation depends on the venue, operating time, delivery, print needs and whether the booth is booked alone or with Icon DJ.

Can the booth be booked without DJ service?

Yes. Photo booth service can stand alone or be combined with Icon DJ, uplighting or Icon AV production.

Are onsite prints required?

No. A digital first setup is available. If prints or a guestbook matter, include them in the inquiry so the correct station and staffing can be planned.

Can we use our logo or wedding artwork?

Yes. Names, dates, an event mark or company artwork can be incorporated into the start screen and photo layout.

How far do you deliver?

The booth is based in Santa Cruz and serves the Monterey Bay, South Bay, Peninsula and surrounding markets when the event schedule and access allow.
