How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 6–12 months out, and peak Saturdays (May–October) go first. Since we only take one wedding per day, the sooner you check your date, the better.
Do you MC and make announcements?
Yes — Ethan handles all introductions, toasts, and timeline cues with a warm, professional presence. No cheesy “DJ voice,” ever.
Can we pick the music?
Absolutely. After you book, you get planning forms to share must-plays, do-not-plays, and special songs. Ethan builds your soundtrack and reads the room live, taking tasteful requests on the night.
Do you carry insurance and backup gear?
Yes — $2,000,000 liability coverage (venues can request a certificate) and backup equipment on site at every event for total peace of mind.

Based in San Francisco & the Bay Area and Los Angeles, we serve all of California — and travel worldwide when travel is covered.
